About Alexandria

My philosophy

Sex is an important facet of our identity and how we relate to others. In our society, we are constantly confronted by cultural messaging about what is and is not acceptable. I am passionate about supporting individuals and helping them embrace their sexualities and explore it in ways that were previously constricted by stereotypes, taboos, and religious practices. With a trauma-informed and collaborative approach, I can provide guidance to individuals to deepen their relationship to themselves and help to create a foundation for building healthy relationships with others.
